The refurbishment of this heritage hotel and additional new tenancies will maintain the active uses along Greville Street.

A total of 41 new residential apartments will be contained around and above the hotel building.

Motifs of an old V-Line Diesel train engine are incorporated into the screen façade along both street frontages.

The new residential tower is clad in a unique fritted glass façade, a contemporary reflective element that compliments the heritage hotel.
